Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded or a package has been activated.

When we will refund

• You were charged but did not receive access to the file or package.
• The file is corrupt or does not match its description, and our team cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

How to request

Email gsmdrop92@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem (screenshots help). We reply within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go to your GSM Drop wallet by default, or to your original payment method when possible.

Not refundable

• Files that were downloaded and work as described.
• Mistaken purchases of the wrong model when the file matches its description.
• Packages that have already been used.
